Our Mission

At the KC Southeast Outlaws, our primary focus is to support local youth in excelling through competitive volleyball. We provide comprehensive training in volleyball skills, physical conditioning, and mental toughness to help athletes reach their potential and achieve their goals. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment where players can develop their athletic abilities and experience personal growth both on and off the court.

We believe that participating in volleyball teaches young athletes valuable life skills, including teamwork, communication, resilience, and leadership. Our approach encourages players to enhance their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and self-confidence, all while building a strong sense of independence. We focus on self-awareness, helping players understand their strengths and areas for growth as they strive to improve.

Currently, we offer a range of volleyball programs, including Club Volleyball, Youth Recreational Volleyball, and High School Summer Sand Volleyball. We proudly have a Varsity Girls Homeschool Volleyball team and are expanding to include Varsity Boys, JV Boys & Girls, and Junior High Boys & Girls teams. Homeschool Sports

As homeschooling continues to grow, we recognize the need to provide homeschool families with access to competitive sports. Whether driven by religious beliefs, educational concerns, or personal values, homeschooling families often face challenges in accessing traditional school sports programs. That's why we offer our volleyball teams to all homeschooling families, regardless of background or beliefs.

Joining a team with the KC Southeast Outlaws is more than just playing volleyball—it's about gaining life skills that extend beyond the court. Our programs teach discipline, confidence, teamwork, and leadership in a supportive, challenging environment. With a team of experienced coaches and a tight-knit community, we’re committed to providing a high-quality sports experience that helps young athletes grow into successful, driven individuals.
